Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for a Return

  • If you've purchased the product online and it arrives damaged or defective during transit, you can return it within 30 days. Our friendly customer service team will guide you through the process within 1 business day if you contact us at support@futrnest.com. Please include photos and videos of your faulty or damaged product in your email. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your charges or ship a new product.
  • Return shipping fees will be covered by the buyer if the reason for the return is at their discretion. Please contact support@futrnest.com and we will assist you with the process. We normally respond within a business day of receiving your message. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return address and detailed instructions on how to send the package back to us. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. In order for the item to be refunded successfully, it must be in the same condition as when it was received. Make sure the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

1-Year Quality Assurance

Futrnest offers a one-year quality assurance to all of our users from the date of purchase.

If there is any problem with this product during the one-year quality assurance process, please contact us. If repairs or replacements are needed, Futrnest reserves the right to use new or refurbished products or components, at our discretion. If the Product or a component is no longer available, we may replace it with the nearest available model that matches the original model's form, functionality, and performance, at our sole discretion.

The warranty excludes liability for circumstances beyond our influence, including:

  • Damages resulting from incorrect installation or assembly of the product.
  • neglect of usage or assembly instructions.
  • Insignificant deviations from specified attributes that do not compromise the product's functionality or intended use.
  • Harm arising from the chemical or electrochemical effects of water.
  • Extraordinary environmental conditions, improper operational settings, or exposure to unsuitable substances.
  • Destruction inflicted by wildlife, such as squirrels, chipmunks, raccoons, bears, or deer.
  • Damage intentionally inflicted by any individual.

Damages and Issues

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days. If your refund is approved, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
