Shipping Destinations

We currently offer free shipping service for purchases over $49.99 to addresses within the US, please note that we do not extend our delivery services to remote areas, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.  In the case of duties or charges, Futrnest is not responsible. To ensure that your order is delivered successfully, please avoid using PO BOX addresses. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days.

Estimated Delivery

Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery is within 5-8 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, shipping schedules might be potential delays. The shipping charges are your responsibility if you decide to cancel any orders that have been dispatched. Once the products have been delivered, you should make sure the order is undamaged and complete. It is important to check the products carefully before signing for delivery for any damage.

We offer three ways to check shipping information. The shipping information can be found on this page by entering the order number from your order confirmation email and the email address used when placing the order. You can also check shipment information by checking the shipping information email we sent, or you can email us via support@futrnest.com for assistance.

Delivery

The estimated delivery time frame provided during checkout is based on business days and does not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

It is your right to refuse delivery when there is any damage and to explain your decision to the delivery person. Please contact our customer service team with any questions regarding your orders at support@futrnest.com. Our customer support team will respond within one business day.

Local Pickup

At this time, we do not offer local pickup options. All orders are shipped directly to the provided shipping address.
